Job summary

The Boeing Company in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Experienced Digital Engineering (DE) Process Engineer to support the Air Dominance DE/PLM program, maturing a next-generation digital engineering system across engineering and manufacturing.

You will work with Systems, Design, and Manufacturing Engineers to enable Model-Based Engineering, Additive Manufacturing, and cross-discipline collaboration using Teamcenter and related Siemens applications. Onsite role with occasional travel up to 10%; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Experience supporting engineering and manufacturing operations, including tool and software development and/or support, process development, and database management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues using Teamcenter and related engineering, analysis, modeling & simulation, and manufacturing applications.
• Design, develop, test, and support rollout of new DE/PLM tool capabilities, oversee tool and data transitions, and manage data migrations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and ensure consistent digital data and model management practices.
• Analyze engineering data across systems to identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and improve data integrity.
• Facilitate accurate and timely engineering data delivery to suppliers and customers.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, including suppliers and customers.
• Operate independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
