Asana in Warsaw is seeking a Web Engineer to own front-end experiences for asana.com, partnering with marketing technology and engineering to deliver responsive, accessible web applications. The Web Marketing team works to make sure that our marketing vision is brought to life on our website asana.com. Within the organization, we partner with teams to develop a holistic digital strategy across paid, campaigns, SEO, resources, customer stories, and blog content on asana.com, as well as making sure our website looks and performs at its best—and most importantly is driving measurable results in telling Asana’s story to the world. As a Web Engineer focused on our front-end experiences, you’ll partner with digital teams to craft responsive, accessible, and performant web applications—working at the intersection of marketing technology and engineering to deliver experiences that drive Asana’s growth.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.

Lead front-end engineering: Design, implement, and lead front-end code development for high-impact responsive web applications on asana.com.
Drive full-stack and MarTech strategy: Create seamless full-stack solutions and spearhead UI overhauls across our core Marketing Technology platforms.
Advance our system architecture: Build, advance, and contribute to our component design system while supporting CMS workflow optimization.
Optimize performance and security: Write clean, tested, and documented code that implements rich web animations and micro-interactions without sacrificing Core Web Vitals, SEO fundamentals, or site performance.
Integrate cutting-edge AI features: Implement AI models and services into applications via APIs and seamlessly integrate third-party tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner deeply with design teams, product management, and enterprise technology organizations while participating in robust code reviews and guiding vendor resources.
Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
Proven experience (5+ years) in front-end web development with strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript.
Practical knowledge of integrating AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) into your daily workflow to accelerate coding, generate boilerplate, and assist with complex refactoring and prompt engineering.
Experience building with modern frameworks like Gatsby or Next.js and managing version control with Git.
A strong eye for design, deep attention to detail, and experience utilizing CMS platforms like Contentful or SkillJar.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with an interest in marketing technology, accessibility standards (WCAG), or web localization.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 10,750 PLN - 11,333 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
