Job summary

King’s College London is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the production management and coordination of online and blended modules. You will lead cross‑functional teams of developers, designers and media producers to deliver content on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.

You will build relationships across faculties and external partners, providing robust reporting and clear communication throughout each project.

Qualifications

• Experienced in project management practices and tools.
• Experience in collaboration and co-ordination of tasks across teams.
• Knowledge of digital production processes.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Skilled user of project management software e.g. MS Excel, ClickUp and able to learn and adapt to using new software quickly.
• Ability to create clear timelines, timeboxes, project documentation and report on risks and issues.
• Ability to use initiative and proactive problem-solving to adhere to delivery dates, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage conflict, solve problems and create a positive working environment.

Responsibilities
