Job summary

Intuitive Surgical seeks a Digital Education Manager to design and deliver global training curricula for network engineering and digital solutions. The role combines technical expertise in networking and IT systems with instructional design to support commercial teams and technical support staff worldwide.

You will create e-learning modules, videos, and performance support materials, facilitate sessions across formats, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to keep training aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 8+ years of equivalent technical experience.
• Strong foundation in network engineering concepts (TCP/UDP, VLANs, firewalls) and IT systems.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for diverse technical audiences.
• Experience designing and delivering global training programs and e-learning content.

• Design and develop standardized global training curriculum applying instructional design best practices
• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and Train-the-Trainer sessions on networking, security, and digital products
• Act as functional expert for Digital Technical Support, troubleshooting connectivity and application issues
• Create diverse training content including e-learning modules, videos, and performance support materials
• Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and support staff to align training with product updates

Requirements

• Strong foundation in network engineering: TCP/UDP, VLANs, subnetting, firewalls, NAT/PAT, OSI model
• Advanced IT systems knowledge: servers, databases, storage, operating systems, cloud services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or 8+ years equivalent technical experience
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for diverse technical audiences
• Professional certifications preferred: MCSE, CCNA, CWNA, CWSP, CompTIA Network+/Security+
• Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues
• Familiarity with hospital IT processes, healthcare technology, and regulated medical environments
