Siemens Healthineers is hiring a Digital Designer to build on-brand digital experiences for web, social, motion, and illustration. This onsite role in Malvern, PA supports Creative, Marketing, and Communications by delivering high-quality design across channels.

The role emphasizes execution and refinement—designing digital assets, incorporating feedback, and meeting brand, technical, and channel requirements while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional design experience across digital, web, social, motion, and illustration.
• Strong portfolio showing digital, web, social, motion graphics, and illustration work.
• Proficiency in typography, composition, color, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Figma experience strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Creative problem-solving within brand, technical, and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging web pages, digital experiences, and campaign assets with strong visual hierarchy and responsive design.
• Design graphics, animations, and video content for social media and platform specs.
• Develop motion graphics and typography to strengthen digital campaigns.
• Create original illustrations aligning with brand guidelines and styles.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently while ensuring high creative quality across deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, technical quality, and channel optimization.
• Stay current with design trends and AI-enabled tools to improve workflows.
