You will collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Communications teams to translate business objectives into on-brand visuals.

The role requires strong visual design skills, proficiency in Adobe CC, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while upholding brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating work across digital, web, social media, motion graphics, and illustration.
• Strong typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro; Figma preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Time management and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Digital & Web Design: create engaging web pages and digital content with UX and responsive design.
• Social Media: design graphics, animations, and video content for social platforms.
• Motion Graphics: develop animations and typography for campaigns.
• Illustration: create original illustrations within brand guidelines.
• Brand Stewardship: apply brand guidelines with creativity and quality.
• Project Management: manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: review deliverables for accuracy and optimization.
• Innovation: stay current with design trends and AI-enabled tools.
