Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in a similar web design-oriented role.
• Understanding of SEO and PPC best practices.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of UI and UX design principles and best practices.
• Strong portfolio showing UI/UX design skills.
• Be comfortable receiving constructive feedback on design work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Project management skills and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Experience designing for medical, legal, or home service clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative web design projects on time, aligning with business objectives while maintaining brand consistency across client services.
• Create UI designs for new websites and enhancements with a conversion optimization focus.
• Support landing page design and optimization for Google Ads campaigns and social media.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure design deliverables meet client goals.
• Partner with development, content, and account management teams to implement solutions.
• Provide strategic input to improve user experience for client websites and landing pages.
• Produce high-quality display ad designs, social graphics, and other digital media for campaigns.
• Stay current with design trends and apply relevant ideas to client brands.
