Qualifications

  • Minimum ten years of related experience or seven years with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online and UX/UI.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

As a digital designer mid or senior in our Legal Operations department, you'll drive the design and user experience of digital content and tools, particularly within SharePoint and other internal platforms. In this role, you'll influence the internal, online Legal presence from the ground up. Additionally, you'll design and own operations of the Corporate Legal site and the House Counsel site's core communication tools for the Legal Group and business partners.

This is a remote position.

Must-have Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of ten years of competitive intelligence, market research, or related experience
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of competitive intelligence, market research, or related experience

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience designing modern, digital interfaces, emphasizing on UX/UI standard methodologies - possessing a demonstrated eye for clean, consistent, and professional design
  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online, including modern web parts, site design, branding, and content structuring - Power Apps, Power BI, Tableau design elements knowledge/experience helpful to outline site performance reporting
  • Proficiency in artful design and collaboration tools such as Figma, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, XD, Photoshop)
  • Experience or training in human-centered design or design thinking methodologies
  • Passion for enhancing the digital workplace and improving user engagement and adoption

Compensation

  • $65,500 - $105,600/year based on position level
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to24-30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
