Associate Photo Retoucher (40+ hours a week / USA (Maryland) / 12 months)

Job description
The Associate Photo Retoucher is responsible for delivering high-quality images for websites, e-commerce, and digital campaigns. This role works as part of our client’s internal content production team, servicing their entire family of brands.

Location: Hunt Valley, MD 21031 (Onsite for some meetings)

Duration: 12 months

Hours: 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retouch, edit, and color correct final photos and upload to our client’s digital asset management system.
  • Contribute to pre-production documents.
  • Attend priority shoots as the digital imaging technician (DIT) for photographers.
  • Collaborate with content producers and photographers to understand project scope and objectives.
  • Help establish, implement, and document the photography post-production process.
Required Experience:
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Art, or Graphic Design.
  • 3-5 years of photo retouching experience with a portfolio of images.
Required Skills:
  • Highly organized and flexible with a positive mindset.
  • Team player, able to work daily with other creatives.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt quickly.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CaptureOne, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Willingness to learn and incorporate brand standards and feedback.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
