Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional design experience (in-house or agency).
• Strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated digital and eComm design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-impact digital assets for eCommerce, including the website, email campaigns, landing pages, and paid media.
• Lead ideation, art direction, and design system support for D2C product launches, exclusive drops, and promotions.
• Provide advanced design and marketing support for retail channels, including signage and other visual tools.
• Support execution of monthly eComm marketing calendars by delivering creative solutions that align with business goals and brand standards.
• Oversee production work across D2C marketing channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Senior Design Manager and cross-functional teams to translate marketing needs into visual solutions.
• Maintain organized files and follow established processes for asset delivery and archiving.
• Stay current on digital design trends to elevate the brand’s visual expression.
