GBH, a public media organization, seeks a Digital Designer for Corporate Sponsorship to craft the overall look for Local and National Sponsorship marketing. The role splits 50/50 between National and Local teams, requiring strong typography, color theory, and collaboration with multiple departments.
Responsibilities include creating marketing assets, updating websites via CMS, and supporting campaign design from concept to execution while meeting tight deadlines in a hybrid Boston-based role.

The Digital Designer for GBH Corporate Sponsorship reports to the Director of Marketing, National Corporate Sponsorship. This position creates the overall look and design for all marketing materials for both the Local and National Sponsorship Marketing teams to secure funding. The time split between National Corporate Sponsorship and Local Corporate Sponsorship will be 50/50, although that will vary by week.
The Digital Designe r for Corporate Sponsorship requires the skills to present fresh design ideas, and the ability to take them from concept through their final execution, in a variety of media. A strong foundation in fundamentals of composition, typography, graphic form, and color theory is a must. This position requires someone with a marketing background who knows what materials will appeal to advertising/marketing decisionmakers and can collaborate with other departments in the Foundation. Strong organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to pay extremely close attention to detail. The ability to meet deadlines is a must. This position requires someone who is self-directed and can work independently once assignments have been discussed/given.

$66,000 - $84,000 Compensation offered within this range is determined by skills, experience and internal pay equity.
