Job summary

Biorce is seeking a digital designer to help shape the future of healthcare communication from our Austin hub. You will own the creation of visuals for campaigns, presentations, and product storytelling, collaborating with a fast-growing team at the intersection of AI and life sciences.

This hybrid role rewards a strong eye for typography, brand systems, and scalable design, with daily use of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite to translate complex ideas into clear visuals that inform marketing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in digital design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for templates, presentations, and design systems.
• Solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Excellent composition, typography, color theory, and brand systems.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.

Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are seeking a Digital Designer to help drive our Creative and Marketing function from our Austin hub.

What we're looking for

A creative and detail-oriented digital designer with experience and strong proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Someone with a sharp eye for composition, typography, and brand systems, and a proactive mindset to manage multiple projects at once. This person should be able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives across campaigns, presentations, and product communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation of digital assets for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Design and maintain visually engaging presentations and documents for sales, marketing, and executive communication, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
• Use and adapt Figma templates to develop cohesive visual systems and design layouts.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for digital communication
• Collaborate closely with the marketing teams to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic design insights.
• Manage and maintain the company’s design asset library, templates, and visual guidelines.

Requirements

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in digital design or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (daily use for templates, presentations, and design systems).
• Solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required).
• Excellent understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and brand systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with After Effects or Premiere.
• Previous experience designing for healthtech, biotech, SaaS, or AI companies.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
