Position Summary

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of related experience. This role involves configuring solutions that transition between visual and data-driven approaches. Responsibilities include creating project structures, managing task list submissions in Smartsheet, and maintaining templates for both project and organizational structures. The role also supports knowledgebase management through documentation and permissions control on an intranet platform. Public speaking skills are essential for conducting training sessions and sharing announcements.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel or Smartsheet, including formulas and syntax
• Experience with Miro, Mural, or similar diagramming tools
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable data visualization platforms
• Experience facilitating collaborative workshops
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS

Key Responsibilities

Solutions Configuration

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify challenges and define solution strategies
• Build, document, and review solutions
• Deploy solutions and conduct user training

Organizational Structure Management

• Configure and maintain organizational frameworks
• Manage intranet resources and branding elements

Project Management Support

• Collaborate with project leads to define project and program structures
• Set up and maintain project frameworks
• Manage integration of key project milestones
• Create and initiate projects during intake processes

Checklist and Standards Management

• Process submissions for task lists, drawing standards, and due diligence
• Support ongoing maintenance of a master checklist

Employee Structure Support

• Maintain employee structure and personal dashboards
• Facilitate administrative task and training organization
• Oversee profile photo management

Staffing and Reporting

• Process daily staffing updates and reports
• Maintain organization-wide reporting tools and dashboards
