The Foundation to Combat Antisemitism (FCAS) is seeking a Digital Design Associate to shape the organization’s visual identity across social, web, and offline materials from its Foxboro, MA base. You will craft engaging graphics, animations, and layouts, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines for campaigns and advocacy efforts.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, or visual communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communication, advertising, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, web design, and print materials.
• Understanding of platform-specific design best practices (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Experience with basic video editing and animation tools is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Passion for social impact, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Digital Design & Content Creation: design assets for social platforms and website, ensure brand alignment.
• Create graphics, animations, and layouts for platform-specific formats.
• Collaborate with content teams to translate messaging into visuals.
• Website & UX Support: assist in designing landing pages and interactive elements.
• Ensure designs are responsive and accessible, work with developers.
• Offline & Cross-Channel Design: produce print assets and adapt for presentations.
• Maintain consistency across touchpoints to reinforce visual identity.
• Collaboration & Innovation: work with social, content, paid media teams; stay current with trends.
