Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
• Proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, and Revit for parametric design.
• Strong 3D modeling skills in CAD, Maya, 3DS Max, and SketchUp.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ability to read and prepare construction documents with technical details.
• Strong visual and verbal communication; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Ideate schematic design solutions leveraging Branch’s capabilities.
• Produce rendered presentations to clearly communicate concepts.
• Help clients solve design challenges with practical solutions.
• Participate in meetings with prospective clients and consultants.
• Create and use digital tools to improve design efficiency and automate tasks.
• Complete shop drawing submittals and coordinate with vendors.
• Prepare digital shop tickets and drawings for manufacturing and installation.
• Coordinate design details with internal and external teams.
• Support production with design documentation and workflows.
