Qualifications

• Proven experience with digital 3D printing workflows in a dental lab setting.
• Hands-on experience staining and characterizing resins (printed provisionals, PMMA).
• Skill in finishing and polishing 3D printed nightguards, Essix retainers, surgical guides, full arches.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage 3D printing workflow for models, provisionals, nightguards, Essix retainers, surgical guides and full arches.
• Perform post-processing: washing, curing, support removal; manage nesting to optimize production.
• Characterize and stain printed restorations to achieve lifelike aesthetics; finish to high-quality standards.
