Job summary

HDR is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead in Overland Park, KS to drive BIM authoring and model management across projects. You will mentor staff, coordinate multiple disciplines, and ensure digital delivery plans align with project scopes.

You will work with project managers to establish server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables, guiding teams through the full lifecycle of complex facilities.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of digital design (BIM element authoring) and 5 years of digital delivery (model management).
• Strong understanding of discipline relations and building systems operations.
• Advanced skills in 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Proficient in 3D coordination tools and Microsoft Office; strong communication.
• Familiar with industry standards, discipline codes, and specs; able to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists; manage digital model environment at project level.
• Coordinate disciplines and production of construction documents.
• Develop and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan and project initiation procedures; set up server infrastructure and models.
• Execute digital deliverables throughout the project lifecycle; support production teams.
• Monitor model health and coordination processes from planning through construction documents.
