Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Michigan is seeking a curbside order fulfillment teammate. You will provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at the curbside pickup area and handle payments to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You will greet customers, follow store procedures, and maintain a clean, organized curbside workspace while collaborating with leadership and team members to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in a Meijer store preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication skills.
• General awareness of food safety regulations.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Process driven and able to follow procedures efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill a customer’s online curbside order.
• Drive customer loyalty through fast, friendly, and accurate service at curbside.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Greet customers and collect payments for orders.
• Resolve customer complaints by escalating to leadership when needed.
• Receive workflow from dashboard and fulfill daily orders.
• Bag products according to store standards and maintain food safety.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
