Job summary

Distilled is seeking a Creative Designer to shape how Daft.ie, DoneDeal and Adverts.ie connect with millions in Ireland. You will blend storytelling, digital craft and motion to deliver bold visuals and AI-driven ideas across platforms.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales, owning projects from concept to completion and upholding Distilled’s brand standards across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in a creative, brand or digital design role with a marketing focus.
• Portfolio showing layout, typography, colour and storytelling.
• Experience using AI tools for concept generation and experimentation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and web design tools, plus Figma is a plus.
• Interest in motion, animation or short-form video storytelling.
• Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Designing High-Impact Campaigns: create assets across formats that communicate our brand and meet goals.
• Video and Motion: develop motion content to enhance brand storytelling and campaigns.
• Utilising new generative tools: explore AI and automation to improve workflows.
• Collaborating Across Teams: partner with Marketing, Product and Sales to translate briefs.
• Leading Projects from Concept to Completion: own projects from ideation to delivery.
• Championing Brand Consistency: maintain Distilled’s style guides across platforms.
