Job summary

Perrill, a Minnetonka-based digital marketing agency, seeks a Content Strategist to craft website copy, blog content, social posts, and ads that drive measurable results. You’ll help maintain brand voice and content strategy for diverse clients, collaborating across teams using AI tools for efficiency.

The role requires 1+ years in copywriting, a bachelor's in a related field, and comfort writing for web, blogs, and social channels. In-office expectation is three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in copywriting or content writing.
• Experience writing for digital channels including websites, blogs and social media.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit content across websites, blogs, social media, and digital ads within approved calendars.
• Develop content strategies and calendars aligned with client goals.
• Maintain brand voice and messaging across content for assigned clients.
• Incorporate SEO and GEO best practices including keyword research and AI-driven optimization.
• Support website content planning including structure and organization recommendations.
• Conduct client, audience, and competitor research to inform content development.
• Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for improvement, including AI visibility.
• Participate in client calls to present strategy, performance, and recommendations.
• Use AI tools to support content efficiency and quality and collaborate cross-functionally to stay on-brand.
