Job summary

EFI Global offers a remote Digital Coordinator role focused on website management, digital campaigns, SEO and brand consistency. You will support content updates, design layouts and user experiences while collaborating with a global team.

Based in the Eastern or Central Time Zone, you’ll help maintain accurate digital assets, contribute to CRM activities, and assist with performance optimization to drive engagement with clients and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Six (6) years of communications experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

Responsibilities

  • Creates compelling graphic design, digital design and overall user experiences that are visually engaging and on-brand to drive colleague and client engagement.
  • Manages communications and brand experience projects and initiatives to deliver on-brand solutions that are based on best practices and meets the needs of the timeline requirements.
  • Supports the communications and user experience team with written and visual presentations to package formalized stories, concepts, ideas and solutions.
  • Provides strategic direction and oversight for team members regarding the ideal solutions for communications and user experiences that will meet the project objectives and drive engagement.
  • Prepares written communications that are clear, articulate, on-brand, simplified and that inspire the desired call-to-action and engagement.
  • Participates in brainstorming sessions, key milestone meetings and status meetings with the team to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and team/business priorities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).
  • Travels as required.

We are seeking a talented Digital Coordinator to support EFI Global’s website, digital marketing operations and online brand experience. This role will manage day-to-day website content and updates, support webpage design, layout and user experience improvements, support digital campaigns and CRM operations, assist with SEO and performance optimization, and help maintain accurate, consistent digital content and assets across platforms.

This is a fully remote position, providing flexibility while remaining connected to a highly collaborative team. Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

PRIMARY PURPOSE

To manage communications and brand experience projects and initiatives providing strategic direction to team members.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
