Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a talented Digital Coordinator to support website, digital marketing operations and online brand experience. The role manages day-to-day website content, supports design, UX improvements, campaigns and CRM operations, and helps with SEO and content consistency across platforms.

This fully remote position requires residence within the Eastern or Central Time Zone and offers opportunities to influence brand presentation and digital strategy across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications preferred.
• Six (6) years of communications experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports
• Ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Creates compelling graphic design, digital design and overall user experiences that are visually engaging and on-brand to drive colleague and client engagement.
• Manages communications and brand experience projects and initiatives to deliver on-brand solutions that are based on best practices and meets the needs of the timeline requirements.
• Supports the communications and user experience team with written and visual presentations to package formalized stories, concepts, ideas and solutions.
• Provides strategic direction and oversight for team members regarding the ideal solutions for communications and user experiences that will meet the project objectives and drive engagement.
• Prepares written communications that are clear, articulate, on-brand, simplified and that inspire the desired call-to-action and engagement.
• Participates in brainstorming sessions, key milestone meetings and status meetings with the team to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and team/business priorities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supports the organization's quality program(s).
• Travels as required.
