Job summary

The Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA), invites applications for a Digital Content Coordinator in Memphis, TN. The role develops digital content strategy, executes design, and coordinates projects across MEC websites, email communications, and social channels.

You will work with MEC Officers, MEC Communications Committee leadership, and IT staff to refresh content, send mass emails, and promote digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Media or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in digital content strategy, website development, or digital design; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and managing page content.
• Experience designing with Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD.
• Experience in print and digital media with a proven track record.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, responsive design, CMS; familiarity with other markup languages.
• Experience with email platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Ability to test and troubleshoot software.
• Travel 5-10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital content strategy for MEC websites and channels.
• Update MEC websites and assist in mass email campaigns.
• Create and edit digital and print design assets.
• Promote content on social media and other ALPA platforms.
• Coordinate projects with MEC Officers, committees, and IT staff.
• Lead content and workflow improvements and quality control.
