Job summary

Arts+ in Charlotte seeks a part-time Digital Content Coordinator to support our marketing and communications efforts. You will work with the Director of Communications to develop content strategies, capture high-quality photos and videos, and manage social media including paid campaigns.

This role includes evening and weekend events with some remote work. The position requires 1–3 years in digital content or marketing, proficiency with CapCut and Canva, and familiarity with Meta Business Suite

Qualifications

• 1–3 years professional experience in digital content creation and digital marketing (internship and freelance accepted).
• Ability to show Instagram Reels or TikToks created.
• Experience using CapCut or other video editing software.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to engage with community members and donors professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with scheduling tools like HeyOrca, Later, Loomly, Planoly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to create original content aligned with Arts+ branding.
• Maintain a content production calendar meeting deadlines.
• Attend events to capture photo/video content for social, email, websites, ads, and prints.
• Interact with stakeholders on social media and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Develop and execute paid media with Facebook/Instagram ads.
• Monitor metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Assist with other marketing tasks as needed.
