U.S. Xpress is seeking a Digital Content Producer to own multimedia content from concept through delivery. You will support marketing with video assets, podcasts, internal announcements, and external promos, collaborating with teams across the organization.

The role requires 3–5 years in related fields, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and strong storytelling and production skills. On-site, Chattanooga HQ, with standard business hours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years in media/content production or related field.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and video/audio content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Create and develop multimedia content for podcasts, stories, company announcements and promotional videos.
  • Own content creation from concept to delivery and publishing.
  • Plan shoots, scout locations and develop production schedules.
  • Direct talent and manage on-site productions and equipment needs.
  • Edit video and audio, integrate graphics, music, and voice-overs, and archive media.
  • Evaluate analytics to improve future content.

What You’ll Do:

U.S. Xpress is looking for a Digital Content Producer capable of owning content creation from concept to completion. This person will hit the ground running to provide video support to the marketing team and departments throughout the organization.

  • Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for podcasts, customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos (long and short form), product marketing videos, recruiting videos, and other enterprise-wide projects
  • Own the creation of content from concept to delivery
  • Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
  • Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations
  • Develop production schedules
  • Direct and coach talent for productions
  • Reserve and rent equipment as needed
  • Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media
  • Manage video library
  • Evaluate analytics
What We’re Looking For:
Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years in related field required

Experience in the Transportation industry a plus

Skills/Certifications

Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Proficient in the creation of video & audio content (Pre-production, Production, Post-production, Publishing).

Motion Design skills a plus.

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Good judgment and problem solving skills.
