The Digital Content Manager will oversee the creation and management of digital content across a wide range of platforms—from web and email campaigns to social media, video, and podcast production. As malt and ingredient suppliers for the craft beverage industry, we communicate with a diverse and vibrant audience of brewers, distillers, and beverage makers. The use of digital content is crucial to capturing their attention, building relationships, and providing valuable insights that support their success. Supporting Soufflet Malt’s brands in the Americas, this role ensures all content aligns with brand standards and connects with our diverse audiences. They will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce engaging, on-brand content that promotes our products and services across digital channels.

  • Create original digital content including social media graphics, web visuals, digital ads, short-form videos, and podcast recordings—ensuring each asset is engaging, on-brand, and tailored to the platform.
  • Manage and maintain digital content across key channels such as the website, blog, social media platforms, and email marketing tools, ensuring consistent messaging and timely updates.

  • Oversee brand consistency by ensuring all digital assets reflect the visual identity and tone of Country Malt Group, Great Western Malting, and Canada Malting Co., while guiding vendors and collaborators on brand standards
  • Track and report digital performance metrics to assess content effectiveness, inform strategy, and identify opportunities for improvement across platforms.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Creates original digital content across key formats and platforms, including social media graphics, web visuals, blog content, email campaigns, digital ads, video editing, and podcast production.
  • Maintains and updates digital content across all major platforms, ensuring content is timely, accurate, and aligned with brand and campaign goals.
  • Oversees branded media assets including photo and video projects, digital ads, email templates, and promotional content, ensuring all assets are optimized for performance and user experience.
  • Maintains a well-organized library of digital assets to ensure easy access and efficient repurposing by teammates and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to produce and deliver digital content for campaigns, events, product launches, and promotions, providing clear creative guidance throughout the process.
  • Executes marketing campaigns across digital platforms with speed and precision, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Creates and manage a comprehensive content calendar to plan, organize, and schedule digital content across platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and timely execution of campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Ensures brand consistency across all digital assets, working closely with marketing and business unit stakeholders to uphold the unique visual and messaging standards of each brand.
  • Leads day-to-day social media execution by creating platform-specific content, interacting with followers, and fostering an active, engaged community within the craft beverage industry.
  • Designs and implement creative social campaigns that reflect brand voice and visual identity, using targeted paid strategies to reach new audiences and drive meaningful growth.
  • Lead podcast production efforts, including brainstorming topic ideas, coordinating guest appearances, editing episodes for clarity and engagement, and promoting the podcast across social media platforms to maximize reach and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling, educational, and promotional blog articles that provide value to our audience, showcase industry knowledge, and highlight our products and services.
  • Supports the digital commerce team with content needs for the webstore, including product visuals, banners, and multimedia assets that enhance customer experience and drive conversions
  • Monitors and reports on digital performance metrics, evaluating the effectiveness of content and campaigns, and adjusting strategy to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Basic graphic design knowledge and proficiency in using design platforms such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator for creating digital assets.
  • Proficient in managing social media platforms and using email marketing platforms to create engaging content and campaigns.
  • Experience with basic web content management systems (CMS) to update and maintain website content.
  • Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to produce on-brand materials while adhering to project timelines.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital marketing or other similar areas.
  • 5+ years of industry experience.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience related to digital or creative management.
  • Experience developing successful creative marketing materials and managing digital platforms.
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

COMPENSATION

Annual salary range: $65,381.77 – $98,072.67, depending on experience.
Ideal candidates will fall within the midrange of the salary band.
