Job summary

NorthWestern Energy is hiring a Digital Content Development Intern to support the Communications and Creative team in creating, publishing, and managing digital content across channels. You will gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, and asset organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Journalism or related field.
• Maintain good academic standing and provide GPA in resume.
• Freshman level or higher by start date.

Responsibilities

• Monitor social channels for engagement, trends, feedback and performance.
• Draft, schedule and publish content across social platforms.
• Update, enter, and maintain website content; review accuracy and accessibility.
• Organize assets and support DAM updates; assist with content migrations.
