VanishID is growing and we want you to join our mission to keep people and enterprises safe. We are adding an Digital Content Growth Manager to our team, who will build a high-impact content and social engine in-house. In this role, you will work directly with our executives to gather insights on thought leadership, and with cross-functional teams to shape how our company — and our executives — show up online. You’ll create magnetic content, lead social growth, manage paid social, and help us scale a thought leadership engine that drives awareness, credibility, and qualified conversations. This role will report to our Head of Marketing.

What you will do in the Digital Content Growth Manage role:

  • Executive Thought Leadership & Brand Content Strategy/Ghostwriting

    • Interview founders or execs regularly to extract insights and narratives.

    • Ghostwrite long-form thought leadership and short-form posts that are authentic, provocative, and aligned with business goals. Could include leadership LinkedIn profiles, company LinkedIn & Blogs

    • Build a publishing calendar focused on trust, visibility, and category creation.

    • Outreach & Meeting Setting: Leverage AI to identify and connect with our ICP on LinkedIn, using executive profiles to drive conversations and book meetings.

  • Multi-Channel Social Media Strategy & Management

    • Own VanishID’s official presence across channels (YouTube, Twitter/X).

    • Grow following by educating and creating value across for our ICP (Linkedin, YouTube, Twitter/X)

    • Tailor executive content to fit each platform’s tone and format.

    • Develop platform-specific content series (e.g., “Privacy Playbook” reels, myth-busting carousels).

  • Internal Comms & Content Coordination

    • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to convert internal insights into external narratives.

    • Turn customer stories, investor updates, and product launches into social and owned media content.

    • Write internal content like all-hands updates, launch comms, and speaker briefs.

  • Content Ops & Analytics

    • Build a lightweight content performance dashboard: What’s landing, what’s not.

    • Create GTM playbooks for personas (CISOs, CEO, VP Security Professionals) and templates for executive and team-level posting.

    • Gather messaging insights that resonate with ICP and optimize content

  • Paid Social Campaign Management

    • Help manage and execute paid LinkedIn and Google ad campaigns targeting decision-makers, managing bids

    • Create ad variations leveraging repurposed executive content.

    • A/B test headlines, creative formats, and audience segments for performance optimization.

Characteristics we are looking for in a candidate include (need to have):

  • 3-5 years experience in brand development, leadership content strategy & ghostwriting skills

  • Experience in multiplatform content strategy management (Website Blog, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter)

  • Experience in content development in Enterprise B2B SaaS

  • Strong individual contributor, who collaborates well with crossfunctional teams

  • Impeccable analytical mindset, project management, and organizational skills

Characteristics we are looking for in a candidate include (nice to have):

  • Design skills for creating visuals (ex. Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Experience working with fast-growing B2B SaaS or cybersecurity companies

  • Previously used AI tools for LinkedIn outreach automation and communication

  • Experience in social calendar creation/management

  • Knowledge of content SEO and blog strategy

  • Experience working with CMS tools (WordPress)

  • Understanding of the privacy/security landscape and personas to be able to effectively communicate via content (CISOs, CEOs, Security leaders etc.)

  • Video editing skills (basic YouTube Shorts or LinkedIn native videos)
