Role is Remote, HOWEVER, candidate must be with in 50 driving miles of 1 of the 9 division offices ( Pleasanton, CA, Fullerton, CA, Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, Boise, ID, Phoenix, AZ, Plano, TX, Denver, CO or Chicago, IL.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Content Strategist to join our team. This role will support the execution and strategy of our homepage and bundles program, with a focus on coordinating between personalization, monetization, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be solution-focused, detail oriented, organized, prioritize customer needs to achieve business objectives, and excel in a collaborative setting. They will work closely with cross-functional teams and internal partners to ensure seamless execution of high-visibility real estate on app and web platforms This position requires internal face time in meetings. Effective collaboration is essential for timely decision making and maintaining the quality and consistency of our digital content strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and publish site content, ensuring program goals are understood and executed.
Meet with cross-functional teams to gather content requirements, align on targeting & personalization needs, project goals and deliverables and educate on processes & components for web and app projects.
Submit highly detailed and organized homepage production briefs weekly, thoroughly checking for accuracy and updating as business needs change.
Collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to guarantee the timely delivery of digital assets and content.
Champion the briefing and strategy of homepage and bundles, ensuring seamless coordination between personalization, monetization, and marketing teams
Attend & facilitate daily personalization stand up to validate targeting, QA & triage issues, review upcoming personalization strategies & summarize outcomes to Plat Max leadership
Oversee and rigorously QA the work from offshore roles to ensure unwavering consistency and superior quality & 100% accuracy prior to content being customer facing
Master the intricacies of production, briefing, components, personalization, and monetization capabilities and processes to strategically guide initiatives and proactively eliminate obstacles.
As personalization opportunities are unlocked, own the process for briefing, executing, QAing etc.
Own planning, weekly communication & alignment of the digital content calendar (e.g. homepage, campaigns & L2 updates, etc) to ensure content aligns with marketing, NCD & digital objectives and enhances user experience.
Attend all relevant marketing meetings as inputs into digital content calendar
Lead weekly Production QA meeting, including live review with producers on upcoming homepage & bundle changes
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
1-3 years experience within eCommerce, grocery or Client merchandising.
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, content management systems and SEO best practices a plus.
Experience working in Figma, project management systems (e.g. Monday.com) and targeting platforms (e.g. Xer = ACI content targeting system) preferred
Strong Microsoft Office application skills
Proven experience in digital content strategy or a related field.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with personalization and monetization strategies is a plus.
