    What part will you play?

    The Digital Content Coordinator – Tier 2 (DCC-T2) reports directly to the Team Lead of Content Services and will schedule content for multiple global digital signage networks and independently lead Projects. DCC-T2 Associates work with DCC-T1 Associates to oversee the quality control, timely scheduling and delivery of digital content across various signage networks. Using several software platforms, the DCC-T2 Associate will test, encode and schedule various types of digital content and verify that the programming is functional and correct for each client’s required specifications. As a Tier 2 Associate you’ll assist in the training of DCC-T1 Associates. Must have the ability to multi-task, work in a team and to communicate in a clear way with team members. You will be responsible for the day to day client facing communication.

    What will you be doing?

    • Creation of Documentation for the team and routinely updating and refreshing documentation
    • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of new advertising/marketing spots for our clients on their networks
    • Main escalation point for our clients, with direction from the Team Lead
    • Work with client’s content partners to develop new material and content strategies
    • Coordinate communication/meetings with adjacent teams (Project Managers/Engineering/AV)
    • Join client calls to sit in and speak confidently
    • Remotely support and troubleshoot issues and escalations
    • Continue to learn and use advanced strategies and techniques for a variety of digital signage software
    • Assist in training Tier 1 Associates

    What do we require from you?

    Education/Certifications:

    • High School Diploma Required
    • Associate or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
    • Other relevant certifications may be beneficial based on the technology focus of the position

    Complexity:

    • Digital Content Coordinator works with the Tier 1 & Lead Digital Content Coordinators on assigned tickets
    • Ability to draft cohesive email or IM communication to adjacent internal teams
    • Ability to translate technical knowledge to non-technical individuals
    • Ability to work with other Teams to resolve escalations
    • Ability to maintain a professional and cordial relationship with multiple clients

    Travel: Remote, Office and travel for client meetings

    Physical Demands: When in the office, the employee can typically spend at least 25% of their time on their feet and be required to mobile around the office. The individual is regularly required to use keyboard, mouse, and test equipment where applicable.

    Required/Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

    • 3 years of experience using various digital signage CMS systems - REQUIRED
    • Strong/Advanced hardware knowledge
    • Basic or Intermediate networking knowledge
    • Proficiency in wide variety of software platforms including MS Office, Photo Shop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Available to work off hours and weekends as necessary
    • PREFERRED SKILLS
      • A+ Certification, preferred
      • A strong technical aptitude to learn new systems
      • Experience working with RSS/XML/JSON
      • Experience related to digital content and/or broadcast industry
      • Knowledge of media/agency/advertising industry
      • Knowledge of programming HTML
      • Knowledge of computers and computer networking - Local Area Networking
      • Detailed oriented, independent, self-starter, strong work ethic, initiative and follow-through
      • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
      • Proven time management skills in order to work on a variety of concurrent projects in a time sensitive environment with a track record for meeting deadlines
      • Ability to analyze issues with high level of problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
      • Creative Thinking: Experience generating innovative solutions to address client / company issues, presents solutions clearly, enhances existing ideas to maximize opportunities for clients, and supports a creative, innovative environment.
      • Team Skills: Ability to create cooperative atmosphere to foster teamwork
