Job summary

McGregor is seeking a Digital Content & Communications Specialist in Northeast Ohio with a hybrid work setup. The role focuses on storytelling across social media, video, and content that highlights residents and the organization's impact.

You'll plan campaigns, collaborate with photographers and designers, and help maintain editorial calendars. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in communications or marketing and proficiency in Canva and Adobe CC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of communications or marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).
• Proven reel and short-form video creation from concept through editing.
• Experience building visual presentations with Canva or Adobe CC.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling with empathy.
• Experience managing web content and digital campaigns.
• Proven media relations and strategic communication planning.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish content across all social platforms, including reels and graphics.
• Plan and run email, digital, and video campaigns to raise awareness.
• Grow engagement and deliver measurable results.
• Monitor analytics and refine content strategy.
• Develop content for web, print, and leadership materials.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers.
• Help manage the editorial calendar with leadership.
• Support brand voice across all McGregor entities.
