Xpect Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Digital Communications & Multimedia Specialist to support a fast-paced enterprise communications and technology modernization environment.

This 100% onsite role is based in Washington, DC, collaborating closely with senior leaders to translate complex technical concepts into clear visual communications. The ideal candidate will design executive presentations, infographics, and multimedia content, maintain branding, and manage multiple projects to deliver

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, multimedia production, graphic design, digital content development, or related field.
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365: PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Visio.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and communications materials.
• Strong graphic design, branding, and visual communications experience.
• Experience producing and editing multimedia content: video, graphics, photography.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and provide communications and design recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and producing polished, professional deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop professional communications products: executive presentations, reports, infographics, brochures.
• Produce, edit, and deliver multimedia content: video, photography, motion graphics.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted communications advisor, partnering with stakeholders and senior leadership to develop high-quality communications materials that support organizational initiatives, technology programs, and enterprise messaging. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Experience supporting communications initiatives within a federal government environment
• Experience designing and managing SharePoint sites and digital collaboration platforms
• Knowledge of communications approval processes, governance, and federal communications guidelines
• Experience supporting enterprise technology, IT modernization, cybersecurity, or digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with branding and strategic communications programs for large organizations
