Xpect Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Digital Communications & Multimedia Specialist to support a fast-paced enterprise communications and technology modernization environment.

This 100% onsite role is based in Washington, DC, collaborating closely with senior leaders to translate complex technical concepts into clear visual communications. The ideal candidate will design executive presentations, infographics, and multimedia content, maintain branding, and manage multiple projects to deliver

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, multimedia production, graphic design, digital content development, or related field.
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365: PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Visio.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and communications materials.
• Strong graphic design, branding, and visual communications experience.
• Experience producing and editing multimedia content: video, graphics, photography.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and provide communications and design recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and producing polished, professional deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop professional communications products: executive presentations, reports, infographics, brochures.
• Produce, edit, and deliver multimedia content: video, photography, motion graphics.
• Advise stakeholders on branding standards and visual communication strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to create communications that support objectives.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, audience-focused visuals.
• Develop and maintain branding elements across digital and print platforms.
• Support modernization initiatives through innovative design.
• Conduct research and ensure compliance with policies and approvals.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and high quality.
• Support content planning and stakeholder engagement.
