Job summary

• Experience updating websites using Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, or similar CMS.
• Experience scheduling and managing social media platforms.
• Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new tech platforms.
• Experience coordinating meetings and supporting multiple staff portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the CARI website with current content and events.
• Schedule and publish content across CARI’s social media channels.
• Assist with digital communications and newsletters.
• Coordinate Innovation Lab operations and room reservations.
• Provide administrative support for fundraising and donor activities.
• Support grant administration and reporting as assigned.
• Assist with event logistics for workshops, tours, and conferences.
