Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience as a Project Manager managing scope, timelines, profitability, and delivery of digital solutions.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and business issues.
• Experience in eCommerce/Retail technology initiatives.
• Experience delivering customer-facing solutions.
• Strong UI/UX understanding for customer-focused projects.
• PMI or PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience with multiple SDLCs including waterfall and agile.
• Excellent project management, prioritization, scheduling, and documentation.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with internal/external groups.
• High energy, able to succeed in a dynamic environment.
• Solid technical ability to define requirements through lifecycle.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, IBM Sterling OMS, Monetate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver digital projects on time and with quality.
• Drive development and implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Create and maintain project plans for delivery and improvements.
• Collaborate with analysts, PMs, design, UX, development and QA to define requirements.
• Track progress against plans and deliverables.
• Identify interdependencies and surface risks to leadership.
• Maintain repository of artifacts and team workspace.
• Provide ongoing project updates to leadership.
• Coordinate final delivery, including UAT, sign-off, and Prod Ops handoff.
• Seek vendor or internal solutions and manage issue resolutions.
