The Digital Channels Assistant is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Digital Bank & Channels Platforms, assuring excellent customer service and operation efficiency. Additionally, it also supports the execution of department projects and processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in the maintenance of Digital Bank & Channels platforms.
- Provides excellent customer service support when needed.
- Actively supports team to ensure that customer expectations and company goals are obtained.
- Assists in performing market research analysis for campaign and project implementation.
- Assist and support the department staff in the development and implementation of ongoing projects.
- Assist in the analysis and assessment of current platform for needed enhancement and/or improvements.
- Assist in caring out required platform/tools testing.
- Maintains reports, records and documentation ensuring complete, accurate and concise records are kept.
- Assists with the training and mentoring of new associates.
- Assist the department staff with the development of project flows, procedures and guidelines.
- Maintains full knowledge and understanding of bank policies, procedures, regulatory and compliance requirements, including but not limited to BSA/AML, CDD, EDD, and others as defined by the Compliance Division and Information Security Division.
- Attend and/or complete all required training as assigned.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
- Timely completion of necessary reports to ensure compliance deadlines are met.
- Navigate internal systems, procedures and other resources to provide accurate and timely resolution to department demands.
- Responsible for providing support to immediate manager and/or supervisor in administrative tasks of the department.
- Perform data entry associated with the position
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains full knowledge, and is skilled in, the products/features of all Digital Bank & Channels Platforms.
- Orders Supplies as needed (forms, brochures, etc.)
- Performs other related duties, as required, to accomplish the objectives of the position.
- Attend occasional meetings, events, and/or trainings on weekends or holidays as per business need.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college degree and previous banking experience preferred.
OTHER SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from directors, managers, clients (both internal and external) and the public.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in both English and Portuguese highly recommended, and in some departments required; Spanish useful.
- In depth knowledge of all bank policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
- Ability to ensure confidentiality, security and safekeeping of bank and customer information.
- Ability to define problems, collect analytical data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
