Hearst Corporation's WBAL-TV, WBAL-AM, and 98 Rock seek a Digital Client Specialist to support account executives and clients in delivering successful digital advertising campaigns. You will manage campaigns, traffic, and optimization while collaborating with sales, production, and finance to meet commitments.

You will interact with clients directly, prepare strategic proposals, and ensure timely execution in a fast-paced environment. This role is an in-office position located in Baltimore, MD.

Qualifications

• Experience in online advertising trafficking or sales coordination.
• Familiarity with digital ad orders, materials, and campaign setup.
• Proven ability to monitor and optimize digital campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication for internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Campaign management and revenue analysis.
• Build, traffic, and schedule digital campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance from insertion order to post-completion.
• Communicate with sales, production, finance and clients on performance and delivery.
• Provide troubleshooting for creative and operations issues.
• Work with clients and sales to deliver integrated marketing plans.
• Prepare PowerPoint proposals based on client needs.
• Develop concepts for digital campaigns and coordinate with the creative team.
