• Experience as a business analyst in digital environments.
• Knowledge of insurance or financial services is a plus.
• Ability to elicit and translate business needs into user stories.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current practices to identify improvements and reduce waste.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories for engineering pods.
• Create documentation detailing product design, requirements, and processes.
• Document future state processes and customer journeys with traceability.
• Develop and maintain business requirements and design documents.
• Act as SME and primary contact for client change requests.
• Develop, refine, and execute test cases for UAT.
• Design communications plans and training materials for end users.
