Job summary

USC Credit Union is seeking an experienced Digital Branch Manager in Los Angeles to lead the digital branch operations, drive lending production, and grow new members. The role focuses on delivering a seamless member experience across digital channels while optimizing performance and efficiency.

You will lead a lending and digital service team, monitor key metrics, and partner with stakeholders to improve products and processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong member value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (finance, business management or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in financial services or credit unions.
• Experience with lending products and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Sets goals, monitors work, and evaluates results to ensure branch objectives meet production requirements.
• Partners with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the online experience and grow new member and loan goals.
• Analyzes departmental metrics to report on product performance, service quality, and member value.
• Analyzes member usage of remote products and collaborates with leadership to increase demand for remote channels.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and participates in policy development.
