Solomon Page is seeking a Digital Beauty Advisor in New York to engage fans across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, delivering timely responses and strategic insight to support brand moments. You will monitor social channels, attend trainings, and provide human-centric resolutions, while maintaining high reply rates, customer satisfaction, and data integrity in the CRM and surveys.

Collaboration with Care and Brand teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or digital marketing.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
• Preferably past experience working in fashion or beauty.
• Knowledge of Excel and Sprinklr.

Responsibilities

• Engage as a Digital Beauty Advisor across all social platforms in a timely manner.
• Support public channels with insight, strategy recommendations and engagement.
• Attend brand and Care trainings to stay updated on social strategies and best practices.
• Follow social FAQ documents for launches and key moments.
• Compose custom responses addressing consumer issues clearly.
