Job Title: Digital Beauty Advisor
Position Type: 6+ months contract (possibility of extension up to 2 years)
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922
Pay Rate: $30/hr. on W2
Job Description
  1. Serve as a Digital Beauty Advisor across all social platforms by reactively engaging with fans and followers on a timely manner (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
  2. Support le Care public channels (social, R&R, Q&A) by providing insight, strategy recommendations, and engagement as needed.
  3. Attend brand and Care trainings, work sessions, and meetings to stay up to date with social strategies and best practices.
  4. Follow Brand and Care provided social FAQ documents for launches and key social moments.
  5. Able to compose custom responses that clearly address the issue in a way that is understandable by the consumer.
  6. Recognize and recommend new ways to influence consumers in their purchase decision.
  7. Alert critical customer complaints to internal Care and Brand teams and assist with problem solving.
  8. Provide social content and engagement recommendations based on consumer feedback and trends.
  9. Stay up to date on new social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Job Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. 1-2 years’ social media engagement experience.
  3. Customer Service experience desired.
  4. Customer obsessed mindset.
  5. Knowledge and experience with major social media platforms required.
  6. Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  7. Must have a sense of urgency with a high degree of flexibility, adaptability, resourcefulness, and responsiveness; willingness to work outside standard hours including weekends.
  8. Report back to internal team to funnel insights into product/experience/content creation strategy.
  9. High level of organization, attention to detail, and positive attitude.
  10. Interest in beauty, fashion, and/or lifestyle brands.
  11. Exceptional writing skills.
  12. Excellent problem-solving ability.
  13. Proficient in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
