Products Beauty Advisor - Hair Color/Hair Care (Multiple positions)

Location: 50 Connell Drive, Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922 - Hybrid role

Contract Duration: 6+ months with high potential for extension

Pay Range: $20 - $24/hr

Must Have:

A valid Cosmetology License and 3-5 years of salon color experience are required.

Job Description:

The Beauty Advisor will support the Hair Color/Hair Care category for our Professional and Consumer Product brands by responding to stylists and consumers via multiple channels (phone, email, letter, chat, social media, ratings & reviews, e-Commerce). They will provide expert knowledge, build relationships, and offer insights for product and service improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Display a professional image through voice and online interactions
• Meet quality standards across all contact channels
• Maximize service levels and recognize opportunities for improvement
• Build sustainable relationships and educate consumers on products
• Document interactions and report trends

Technical Skills and Competencies:

• Valid Cosmetology License and salon color experience
• Strong product knowledge and communication skills
• Attention to detail and proficiency with MS Word
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

College degree preferred; relevant experience considered. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
