Atlantic Federal Credit Union is seeking a Digital Banking Specialist I to help members use online and mobile banking tools. You will assist with questions via phone, email, chat, and more, troubleshoot access issues, and educate members on digital features.

You’ll also maintain records and support digital payment services. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and the ability to learn multiple banking systems.

Formación

• 1-3 years of related experience in banking, financial services, operations, customer support, or a similar environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong member service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist members with online and mobile banking questions through phone, email, chat, video, text, and other communication channels.
• Troubleshoot access, connectivity, and digital service issues.
• Guide members on the features and benefits of digital banking tools.
• Maintain digital banking records and process account-related updates.
• Handle electronic payment activities, including mobile deposits, bill payments, ACH-related functions, and other digital payment services.
• Complete transactions accurately and in compliance with established procedures.
• Review reports and perform system maintenance activities related to digital banking platforms.
• Support key technology programs and vendor applications that support member services.
• Perform quality reviews of digital banking maintenance completed throughout the organization.
• Verify documentation, identify discrepancies, and recommend solutions.
• Help strengthen operational effectiveness through process improvement suggestions and cross-functional support.

What You'll Do

Support Digital Banking Services
