Job summary

Unity Bank in New Jersey is seeking an enthusiastic retail banking professional to provide exceptional service, open new accounts, process transactions, and cross-sell bank products. You will develop a deep understanding of our digital channels and assist customers with their financial needs in a compliant, accurate manner.

In this role you will conduct needs assessments, guide clients on solutions, and collaborate with team members to support local branches and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of comparable retail experience.
• Prior cash handling or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close sales; cross-sell bank products and services.
• Assist customers with account openings, deposits, transfers, and other transactions.
• Serve as a digital expert to demonstrate online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Provide proactive sales and service conversations to expand relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in branch activities and community events as required.
