Job summary

Lumin Digital is seeking a Software Implementation Engineer to lead the technical onboarding of clients onto our digital banking platform. You will configure platform features, support data conversion, and tailor the platform using our SDK from kickoff to production launch, collaborating with clients and internal teams.

You will troubleshoot issues, support production operations, and help ensure long-term platform reliability and client satisfaction, writing clean code, maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of professional software engineering or backend development experience.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases for data transformation and configuration.
• Experience in digital banking, FinTech, or SaaS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure platform features during and after implementation to meet client requirements.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle with internal and client teams.
• Lead data transformation tasks, including validation and import activities for launches.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain production stability during deployments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Services, and Support to align solutions.
• Write clean, testable code using the SDK to support customization and data workflows.
• Maintain implementation documentation and task tracking.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and tooling enhancements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
