Lumin Digital is seeking a Software Implementation Engineer to lead the technical onboarding of clients onto our digital banking platform. You will configure features, assist with data conversion, and customize the platform using our SDK, collaborating with clients and internal teams from kickoff to production.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional software engineering/backend development experience.
• At least 1 year of technical software implementation experience preferred, ideally in digital banking/FinTech/SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases for data transformation and system configuration.

Mansioni

• Configure platform features during and after implementation to meet client requirements.
• Serve as a technical advisor during the implementation lifecycle.
• Support data conversion tasks including transformation, validation, and import activities.
• Troubleshoot implementation-related technical issues to minimize timeline impact.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Services, Support on integration concerns.
• Contribute to production operations and resolve post-deployment issues.
• Write clean, maintainable code using internal SDK tools for customization.
• Maintain implementation documentation and task tracking.
• Participate in continuous improvement of tools, processes, standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
