Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent banking/tech experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms.
• Experience with SQL and reporting.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, APIs, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-tier support for digital banking apps (Online, Mobile, Payments).
• Manage support tickets and escalate complex issues.
