Rational 360 is hiring a Digital Associate (AI & Automation) to join its DC office. The role blends traditional digital marketing with hands-on AI tools, focusing on generative AI, automation, and data-driven communications strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 0–2 years of communications, digital, political, or data/AI-related experience.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools for digital marketing.
