Accenture is seeking a Digital Assets Manager within Banking & Capital Markets to help develop offerings and deliver consulting projects. Travel up to 80% required.

The role focuses on strategy, operating models, and technology implementations in the digital assets space for regulated financial institutions. Qualifications include 5+ years in professional services with digital assets experience, operating model design, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional services experience in technology or management consulting with engagement management and business development.
• Minimum of 5 years of digital assets experience in financial services, banking, or capital markets.
• Designed or assessed operating models, governance, or risk & control frameworks in regulated financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital assets transformation programs including strategy development and technology implementations.
• Support custody solutions or custody models selection and operation.
• Assess digital asset use cases within regulated institutions and map to business value.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution from client buy-in.
• Support development of Accenture’s digital assets offerings.
• Assist business development to originate new client opportunities.
