Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, CS, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting or internal role in digital assets/fintech.
• Experience delivering engagements in digital asset ecosystem (exchanges, custodians, token issuers).
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and COSO framework.
• Experience with banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, fintechs, and blockchain analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal audit, internal controls, and operational risk engagements for digital asset and financial services clients.
• Advise exchanges, custodians, trading firms, token issuers, and financial institutions on risk areas.
• Evaluate controls over custody, private keys, wallets, and exchange operations.
• Assess blockchain-related risks including smart contracts, oracles, and on-chain/off-chain data.
• Translate complex flows into practical risk and control recommendations.
• Manage engagements from planning to reporting, with budgets and timelines.
• Present audit findings to senior management and audit committees.
• Mentor staff and contribute to recruiting and firm initiatives.
